I am Themba Ezrome Dlamini, an IT support and cybersecurity professional with a strong academic and practical foundation. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Network Security and Computer Forensics from Botho University. My experience spans IT support, compliance documentation, auditing, desktop support, and lecturing. I have worked as a Virtual Intern at Koyo Software Solutions and Next Step Connections, and I am currently part of the Ubuntu Bridge Initiative Cybersecurity Internship (Cohort 1 – SOC Analysis Track). My internship deliverables include forensic evidence tables, dismissal pattern analysis, business impact assessments, and ethics essays, all demonstrating my ability to handle real-world security challenges.
